Preliminary SCOOP 2012 Schedule Released

The 2012 PokerStars Spring Championship of Online Poker will begin May 6 this year and offer 38 events each in low, medium and high buy-in ranges. All told 114 tournaments will be played out across several poker disciplines with buy-ins from $5.50 on the low end to $21,000 on the top end.

2012 WSOP Europe Schedule Released

The European leg of the world’s biggest poker tournament series will play out over two weeks at the Hôtel Majestic Barrière in Cannes, starting September 21. Due to French gaming law only Hold’em and Omaha tournaments are allowed, which means this year’s slate of events will look a lot like the WSOPE’s first visit to Cannes one year ago.
